FAMILY BUNDLE

(3 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS)

• When enrolling please ensure that the first name entered is one of the Karate-Ka participating in classes.
• Parent details (if applicable) can be captured in a separate area of the registration form.
• The email address used to sign-up will be sent online account registration details (Username and Password).  
• Additional Karate-Ka (3rd at 50% discount*) can be added as a bundle member upon successful registration under the account profile (ADD MEMBER button). 
• Bundles can be selected where all Karate-Ka attend the same number of lessons per week per month, or a combination (see options below).
