Sponsored by their club instructor whilst working towards a Dan Grading, senior Karate-Ka convene at the Little Staughton Dojo for examination.

It is incumbent upon each student and club to make sure all required aspects of the grading are completed before the final physical exam at Little Staughton in front of the grading panel.

If you're keen to grade, speak to your instructor.  The six week Pre-Dan Grading Course commences on 7th October 19:30 - 20:30.

All ESKA clubs converging at the Honbu once again (Awesome!) with a view to karate-ka taking their journey to the next level...

    Practise! Practise! Practise!

Black belts are made from hard work in and out of the dojo...  Work with your instructor to ensure you are furnished with the wherewithal for grading success!

Again, key advice is, Practise! Practise! Practise!

A round of applause to all Karate-Ka who have been superb in continuing their training and supporting the club.

ESKA has seen Zoom and WebEx session galore and some of us even returned to the hall for a short period during the last year only for it to be whipped away....

Shhhh.....  but we can see the light!

It won't be long before we can follow Marty McFly and say "I'm back, I'm back from the future!"

ESKA Stevenage is to celebrate its return to Stevenage Leisure Centre this July.

    Watch this space....
